  First, this branch does not have a coin counter. Secondly, I was prevented from making a withdrawl because my license was expired by less than a week. Fortunately, my regular Stellhorn branch is orders of magnitude better. Personally, I will go out of my way to avoid this branch in the future. This review is for this branch only, not Chase as a corporation. Overall Chase gets 5 stars.

  Super friendly and helpful staff, knows me by name and is almost like friends. I prefer to go inside instead of going through drive through because they are so nice.

  ...........Worst bank in Ft Wayne... ...The employees and manager at this bank are a DISGRACE !!......Horrible ,hideous, incompetent service..........One of the "Bankers," is so disgraceful and incompetent.......she should be working at "ARBYS" or TACO BELL" ........and bank tellers are incompetent also........if you have a issue or problem with your account or just complain about something , bank employees will retaliate and harass that customer.........they will blame the customer for their incompetence. .......It appears that Chase would have the potential to be a "fair" bank if they would supervise their bank employees, unfortunately this branch does not, and their is significant mismanagement. .......I regret opening a account here, and many people like myself, have closed their accounts, as their are many other banks in Ft Wayne ,that would appreciate customers. .......You know that old saying.....No customers means no job.
