- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Not very good customer service. Borderline rude. We bank here and Wells Fargo. At Wells Fargo we always get welcome to Wells Fargo how may we help you. They also make small talk about your day, big plans for the weekend, etc. makes it more personal.Then we get a thank you so much for banking at Wells Fargo, is there anything else I can do for you? At Midwest all the tellers almost seemed to be bothered by me coming in or at the drive thru. NO Smile, no thank you for banking here. A smile and a personable experience goes a long way, it's called customer service! And it doesn't cost them a penny extra to be nice to people. I hope this review is helpful to them. I have a lot of money there, if they don't change their attitude I'll take my money some where else.By James cooper, October 06, 2016
