  Very impersonal. They're interested more in the sale than in the person. Well, time for another comment. After about 6 months with the furniture I bought from them, the arm of the sofa became loose. It was a living room set that cost about $800. Even had it delivered for an extra $80. I called them and their solution was for me to bring the piece back to them. Nice thought, but I had it delivered because by myself I couldn't get it to my house and because I have a back issue I couldn't have done it anyway. After explaining that, they still couldn't help me unless I brought the sofa to them. I ended up buying another set elsewhere. I took the sofa apart to find out what went wrong. Instead of being securely fastened to the frame, staples, 1" x 1" hardwood, and... get this... cardboard was used in securing the arm. That's what I spent $800 for six months of use and a retailer that was more interested in the bottom line than selling a quality product. Or even recommending one. I ended up buying a set of used This End Up furniture that I believe will last longer than I will. I didn't give them zero stars because they were willing to take care of me under a warranty, but not one that the average person could take advantage of.
