  Incredibly poor response. I had my first claim ever having had State Farm for over a decade. Pat would not return phone calls and the adjuster would not cover the cost of the roof repair indicating I would have to make up the difference. If you desire State Farm do not use this office. Better yet dont use State Farm. My sister has Amica and had a much better experience with her roof replacement.

  ***If you have been damaged by Pat Bryan's unethical business practices, please contact me directly as you can be included in a class action lawsuit*** This is a scam. This is how the process works when purchasing an insurance policy from Pat Bryan. I can verify this happened to me multiple times before I caught on. 1) Get quote on vehicle 2) Pay quote in full 3) Months later (but way before policy renewal) get a letter from Pat demanding for more money 4) Contact Pat and he says "Sorry, can't help! Sorry your quote wasn't right! Pay me more money!" This, ladies and gentlemen, is how a company baits and switches. Pat will learn word of mouth is essential to business! Treat your customers fairly and resolve problems in your error. I recommend Esurance. Update: Pat responds to this review and claims I haven't contacted their office. False! I emailed him today prior to posting the review and he absolutely refused to correct the account. He told me if I don't cough up the extra money they decided to add, they will cancel my policy. Next step BBB! Update 2: I now have a lapse on my record, which will cause my insurance premiums to be higher than they should be. This is the kind of irreverseable damage you can expect if you purchase policies from Pat. Pat finally agreed to send me a gift card for the extra cost, and said if I used it to pay the additional requested on the policy that he would backdate it and there would be no lapse. Of course I paid it and there is now a lapse. Update 3: Pat Bryan is still unwilling to fix the problem, so I engaged my legal team who said it would be an easy win. We are willing to include all who have been wronged by Pat's office in a class action suit; Please contact me.
