  Awful customer service, incompetent workers and manager. They speak about customers behind their backs (have witnessed it). I will not be returning.

  Worst experience of my entire life, im ready to kill every incompetent person (not really, just beyond frusterated) that gave me the run around, they closed my account and now they cant seem to tell me when and where they are going to send the 1000 dollar + check. A teller at the branch on state blvd. told me 5 business days from the 4th it would be mailed to me so the 9th-11th is when i should have got it according to what i was told the first time, i waited and nothing. then i went to the wayne dale branch and some nice banker guy got my name and address and what not and told me oh, we have to hold that money for 10 days and then it will be sent to you and that will take 5 days and that time frame came and went so i went in today and he told me a different story again, like are you kidding me i dont want to go to the bank just to have a meaningless chat. I will never again in my entire life set foot in any pnc after i get my money.I am so thoroughly disgusted with the way my situation has been handled. Wait, i mean with the way my situation still hasnt been handled. thanks for nothing,
